4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FreeFlow or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

When you create content using our tools, you retain ownership of that content. However, we grant you a license to use our Platform to create and distribute your content.

5. Payment Terms

Some features of the Platform may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

FreeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform.
